Fahy, a rising Saudi game development studio, has raised $1.75 million in strategic investment from Impact46 and Merak Capital, marking a significant step in its journey to become a global player in mobile gaming.
The funding will strengthen the studio’s production capabilities, expand its pipeline, and attract top gaming talent to the Kingdom.
Founded in 2023 by Hani Hashem, Owis Alsaour, and Fahad Alshibl, Fahy quickly gained traction after joining NEOM’s LevelUp accelerator, where it transformed from a small indie team into a scalable studio.
The company also signed a publishing partnership with Kwalee, unlocking access to global expertise in monetization, user acquisition, and distribution.
“Today’s mobile gamers want more than fleeting experiences,” said Hani Hashem, CEO and Co-founder.
“They seek games that are easy to pick up but offer meaningful progression. Our goal is to create titles that are instantly fun yet endlessly rewarding.”
Fahy is focused on the hybrid casual genre, blending accessibility with depth. Its upcoming portfolio includes:
- RAWR – a monster-collecting RPG with unique battle mechanics and a rich storyline.
- Footy Traps – a PvP football game where strategy determines who climbs the ranks.
- Heist Party – a chaotic multiplayer heist game centered on teamwork, betrayal, and loot.
