K.A.CARE to Participate in Oman Science Festival 2024

The King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K.A.CARE), represented by the Mishkat Interactive Center, is participating in the Oman Science Festival 2024, themed “Our Sustainable Resources.”

The festival is set to take place in Oman from Monday, November 4 to Monday, November 11, 2024.

Now in its fourth edition, the festival aims to make science accessible to the public through engaging and interactive methods that stimulate creative thinking.

The event is expected to attract over 350,000 visitors and will feature approximately 520 activities presented by 140 institutions from government, military, and other sectors.

The Mishkat Interactive Center seeks to raise awareness about different forms of energy and their significance.

It will provide festival-goers with a unique experience that enhances their understanding of atomic and renewable energy sciences.

The center will also highlight Saudi Arabia’s leadership role in the energy sector, in alignment with Vision 2030.

This participation is part of K.A.CARE’s efforts to promote energy awareness across all segments of society, develop Saudi human resources, and empower young people with the skills and knowledge necessary for global leadership in the energy sector.

Through these initiatives, K.A.CARE aims to integrate awareness, education, and training to build a sustainable, knowledge-based society capable of innovation and advancement in energy fields.
