Algeria’s HCN, Huawei to Advance Digital Transformation

Haut-Commissariat à la Numérisation (HCN) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Algerian subsidiary of Huawei Telecommunications.

The MoU, signed by HCN’s High Commissioner Meriem Benmouloud and Huawei Algeria’s Chairman and CEO Eason Yi, will focus on enhancing cooperation in areas such as experience exchange, training, skills development, and strategic support.

This agreement will pave the way for knowledge sharing and best practices in digital transformation and also equip Algerian professionals with the skills necessary to drive the nation’s digital agenda.

Furthermore, Huawei will contribute to Algeria’s national digital transformation strategy for 2024-2029, a project currently led by the HCN.
