Apple has officially announced its retail expansion into Saudi Arabia, launching the Apple Store Online and Apple Store app for the Kingdom—complete with Arabic language support for the first time.
This marks a major milestone in the growing regional footprint, bringing a fully localized shopping experience to Saudi customers.
Through the newly launched platforms, customers in Saudi Arabia can now shop the company’s products with a customized and intuitive experience. The store enables users to compare models, access saved items, track orders, and receive recommendations based on the devices they already own.
For those seeking more control, the platform allows customization of Mac devices (including chip, memory, and storage options) and the ability to personalize Apple Watch combinations.
The expansion also includes direct customer support in Arabic, both via chat and phone, helping users make better-informed purchasing decisions. After delivery, support continues with setup assistance and ongoing product guidance.

Additionally, the firm is rolling out its Trade-In program in Saudi Arabia. Customers can trade in eligible devices for credit toward new ones, or recycle them responsibly if they’re no longer usable, advancing its global commitment to reducing e-waste.
Apple Flagship Stores Coming in 2026
Looking ahead, the company revealed plans to open its first physical retail stores in Saudi Arabia starting in 2026. The centerpiece will be a flagship store in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, currently in the early planning stages.
This move highlights long-term commitment to the Kingdom.
The expansion builds on previous initiatives in Saudi Arabia, including the Apple Developer Academy in Riyadh, launched in 2021 in partnership with Tuwaiq Academy, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, and the Saudi government.
