Creative Zone Launches UAE Program for Young Entrepreneurs

Creative Zone has launched a Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program in partnership with RAKEZ and Mashreq NEO BIZ, targeting aspiring founders and early-stage entrepreneurs in the United Arab Emirates.

Creative Zone, RAKEZ, and Mashreq NEO BIZ launch a UAE program to help young entrepreneurs start businesses with banking, setup, and operational support.

The initiative is designed to streamline the transition from idea to company formation by integrating business setup, banking, and operational support into a single offering. It comes as the UAE continues to position entrepreneurship as a key pillar of economic growth, with plans to expand its SME base significantly by 2030.

The program provides participants with a package of services and incentives valued at more than AED 15,000 ($4,083), including digital business account opening, logistics support, tax and VAT registration, medical insurance, and access to web hosting and virtual office services. Additional support includes HR and legal advisory services.

Ecosystem partners include logistics firm DHL and software provider Zoho, alongside financial and free zone stakeholders.

The program reflects a broader shift in the UAE’s startup ecosystem toward bundled service models, where company formation is combined with financial access and operational tools. Industry participants are increasingly integrating services to simplify early-stage business setup and accelerate time to market.

Such initiatives also create early engagement opportunities for banks and service providers, while enabling free zones to strengthen their pipeline of new businesses.

Analysts note that adoption of integrated setup models will depend on the depth of ongoing support provided beyond initial incentives, as competition intensifies among business setup providers in the region.

Why Creative Zone Partnership  Matters to MENA

The launch by Creative Zone, in partnership with RAKEZ and Mashreq NEO BIZ, reflects a broader shift across the MENA region toward integrated startup ecosystems. Rather than treating company formation as a standalone process, ecosystem players are bundling banking, logistics, and operational tools into a single entry point for founders.

This model lowers barriers to entry, accelerates SME creation, and embeds service providers early in the business lifecycle, aligning with regional policy goals to expand the SME base and drive digital economic growth.
