The iVestor App from the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has just gotten smarter. In a move to enhance investor experience and decision-making, DFM has introduced two new AI-powered features: Smart Disclosures and Financial Summary.
Unveiled during the third MENA Capital Market Summit held on May 6–7, 2025, in Madinat Jumeirah, UAE, these updates are part of a broader push to make the iVestor App a full-service investment platform. Investors can now access simplified, actionable insights directly from the app, helping them better understand company performance and market activity.
The Smart Disclosures feature uses AI to scan lengthy company announcements and deliver short, easy-to-read summaries, ensuring investors don’t miss critical updates. Meanwhile, Financial Summary provides a snapshot of key financial data, like revenue, profit, and earnings per share, making financials easier to digest at a glance.
Hamed Ali, CEO of DFM and Nasdaq Dubai, emphasized that this innovation aligns with a global trend: “Across markets, the focus is shifting toward more intuitive, investor-friendly platforms. These new features reflect our commitment to transparency, accessibility, and long-term investor engagement.”

The launch builds on DFM’s major revamp of the iVestor App in 2024, which transformed it from a dividend tracker into a comprehensive trading and portfolio management tool. Today, users can subscribe to IPOs, explore private offerings via Arena, transfer funds, and monitor live market activity. The app already serves over 240,000 users across 100+ nationalities, becoming a key entry point into Dubai’s capital markets.
Adding to the momentum, DFM also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) during the summit to promote stronger cross-border capital market collaboration.
With these AI enhancements, the iVestor App continues to lead the way in digital transformation, offering investors a smarter, more informed, and more confident trading experience.
