The Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation (QRDI) Council has completed its 7th Corporate Innovation Leaders Program (CILP), a four-day training designed to equip corporate leaders with the tools needed to drive business growth and foster innovation.
In partnership with Alchemist Accelerator, a leading global accelerator for corporate startups, the program saw participation from executives and forward-thinking professionals from organizations such as Sidra Medicine, Qatari Diar, Milaha, Qatar Airways, Kahramaa, Qatar University, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
During the four days, participants engaged in various sessions, case studies, and discussions aimed at enhancing corporate innovation and supporting emerging startups within a knowledge-driven ecosystem. QRDI highlighted the benefits of the program, including access to Alchemist’s exclusive network of global corporate innovators, startup founders, and venture capitalists.

Aysha Abdulhameed Al Mudahka, RDI Program Director at QRDI Council, stated, “The CILP represents a significant step toward achieving Qatar’s National Vision for 2030. It reflects our commitment to fostering innovation in the region, and we are excited to see how this seventh edition equips more participants with the knowledge to drive innovation within their organizations.”
The QRDI Council has engaged with 198 leaders and 30 Large Local Enterprises (LLEs) in Qatar, demonstrating its commitment to empowering all entities in the country to actively participate in an innovation-driven ecosystem.
