ZenAdmin Acquires UAE-Based LivLyt

ZenAdmin has, for an undisclosed amount, acquired the UAE-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, LivLyt.

Singapore-based buyer is a comprehensive IT management platform for teams around the world. 

This strategic acquisition marks ZenAdmin’s expansion into the Middle East, where it provides global IT procurement, hardware leasing, SaaS management, and IT support solutions to fast-growing SMEs and startups in the region.

With this, the firm’s cross-border device leasing and device lifecycle management offerings will reach over 150 countries.

Due to this collaboration, the company’s customers can now seamlessly unify and manage IT for regional and global teams on a powerful platform, and benefit from the global coverage.

Although originally founded in 2022, LivLyt allows businesses to track SaaS usage and manage redundancy to reduce costs.

ZenAdmin, founded in the same year, provides a platform that helps manage user access across devices and accounts.
