Zetta Technologies Raises $12M to Power Digital Shift

Zetta Technologies has raised $12 million in Series A funding, in a round led by Core Vision Investment and National Dimensions Investment, to accelerate its Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform and expand its role in the Kingdom’s digital transformation drive.

According to the lead investor Core Vision, the investment is as much about national capacity-building as it is about scale.

“Zetta embodies a promising national model in the technology sector,” said Faisal Al-Abdulsalam, Founder and CEO of Core Vision. “We strongly believe in its powerful potential to lead change within the local market, and we fully support it during this pivotal stage.”

Zetta offers Device-as-a-Service for Enterprises

Founded to simplify enterprise technology management, Zetta offers Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions that allow companies to access, manage, and upgrade devices through flexible subscriptions rather than large upfront purchases.

This model aims to reduce the total cost of ownership, boost financial predictability, and free organizations to focus on core operations while the platform handles device lifecycle management, technical support, and upgrades.

“We are proud of the trust placed in us by our investment partners,” said Badriya M., CEO of Zetta Technologies. “We remain committed to continuing the development of integrated technological solutions that align with the Kingdom’s digital transformation aspirations.”

Expanding with Vision 2030 Momentum

Saudi Arabia’s push for digital infrastructure and enterprise IT modernization under Vision 2030 has created fertile ground for DaaS adoption. Enterprises increasingly seek cost-efficient, scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid workforce digitisation.

With the new funding, the startup plans to expand its service portfolio and strengthen its footprint in the Saudi market, offering businesses a wider selection of devices, technical support, and subscription-based plans designed for flexibility and growth.

As enterprises across the Kingdom rethink their IT strategies, Zetta Technologies is positioning itself as a national champion in enterprise tech services, delivering the agility and efficiency needed to power the next phase of Saudi Arabia’s digital economy.
