Global real estate technology firm, REACH and the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has announced a strategic partnership supported by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), to launch the REACH Middle East Real Estate Accelerator.
The program aims to attract PropTech startups to Dubai and the broader Middle East while fostering innovation in the real estate sector.

REACH on the other hand, will serve as the program operator, and carry out the following activities:
- Identify and select high-potential PropTech startups with innovative solutions.
- Provide financial investment and specialized mentorship to accelerate startup growth.
- Connect startups with its global network of investors and real estate technology experts.
- Establish a regional office in Dubai, with support from DLD, to expand its presence and attract top-tier talent and innovations to the local real estate market.
Dave Garland and Tyler Thompson, Managing Partners at REACH Ventures and NAR REACH have this to say: “We are excited to collaborate on establishing Dubai as a global hub for real estate innovation, attracting cutting-edge solutions, and fostering a dynamic ecosystem that supports the future of the industry.”
