
Yesterday, Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd, a business solutions company aimed at the C-level suite, held the 31st edition of its famous Digital Transformation Summit (DTS), at the Marriott Marquis City Center Hotel in Doha Qatar.

This year’s edition featured experts and thought leaders sharing their knowledge in a panel discussion and two fireside chats.
The first p𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥 d𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 was on ‘𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐈’. Industry experts shared insights as they explored how to ensure ethical practices in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI.

While Georges Firas KHALIL, IT Director, Baladna Food Industries, was the moderator, panelists here included: Fethi Filali, PhD, Director of Technology & Research CTO, Qatar Mobility and Innovations Center QMIC; Max Renault, PhD, Director Innovation, Weill Cornell Medicine; Ewald Müller Managing Director, Supervision & Authorisation, QFCRA; and Aditya Kumar Sinha, Head of Fintech and Digital Innovation, Qatar Financial Centre Authority.
During the fireside chat, themed ‘𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧’, the speakers dived deep into how emerging technologies are reshaping Qatar’s landscape right now.

The moderator was Sebastian Orzechowski, Director of Information Technology, Katara Hospitality. The panelists were Ugur Inal, IT Director, QTerminals, and Abdulrahman Hassan, Head of Operation, Infrastructure and Security, Qatar Free Zones Authority.
On the final fireside chat, we had Imran Chowdhury, ACIArb, FIP, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, PMP, Data Protection Officer at Al Jazeera Media Network as the moderator. While Abdul Samathu Chief Information Security Officer, Mashreq Bank, and Anfal Shaikh, Chief Information Security Officer, Qatar Islamic Insurance Group, were the panelists.

They spoke on ‘Beyond Firewalls’, diving into cutting-edge strategies for robust data management and cybersecurity.
