Graphiant Raises $19M from Investors; Sets Up Riyadh HQ

Graphiant, a next-generation enterprise network-as-a-service (NaaS) provider, has announced the successful closure of a $19 million strategic investment from Wa’ed Ventures, the venture capital arm of Aramco, and Tali Ventures, the investment division of stc Group.

The investment is part of Graphiant’s larger $102 million Series B round, which also saw participation from global backers including Sequoia Capital, Two Bear Capital, and IAG Capital Partners.

As part of the deal, the NaaS provider will establish its Middle East regional headquarters in Riyadh, accelerating its expansion into the MENA region and contributing to Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation goals under Vision 2030.

Building Critical Digital Infrastructure from Riyadh

“Our investment in Graphiant aligns with our mission to bring globally impactful deep-tech to the Kingdom,” said a spokesperson from Wa’ed Ventures. “Establishing a regional base in Riyadh reinforces our commitment to localizing critical infrastructure technologies under Vision 2030.”

The move marks a significant milestone for the company, which was founded in 2020 by networking pioneer Khalid Raza.

The company offers a high-performance, secure, and programmable NaaS platform that eliminates the complexity and limitations of legacy SD-WAN and VPN architectures.

With over 13 patents, Graphiant enables enterprises to create private, low-latency, cloud-native connections across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

How Graphiant is Enabling Agile, AI-Ready Networks

The firm’s solution is already deployed by enterprises like Sony Pictures and Valmont to secure and streamline mission-critical communications. As global demand for agile, AI-ready networking infrastructure surges, the NaaS market is projected to grow to over $92 billion by 2030.

“We are thrilled to partner with strategic investors like Wa’ed Ventures and Tali Ventures,” said Khalid Raza, Founder and CEO of Graphiant. “The Middle East represents a major opportunity, and this partnership allows us to bring transformative networking technology to new global markets.”

With its new Riyadh HQ, Graphiant aims to engage regional enterprise customers, scale its engineering and operations teams, and collaborate with local partners to redefine how enterprises connect and operate in a digital-first world.
