Under the collaboration, businesses using MoneyHash’s payment orchestration platform can now connect directly to Mastercard Gateway without the need for multiple, complex integrations. The move allows merchants to manage payment flows more efficiently while improving transaction success rates and visibility across channels.

Mastercard Gateway operates as part of the company’s Merchant Cloud offering. By integrating it into MoneyHash’s unified API, the partnership introduces one of the first payment orchestration-led access points to Mastercard infrastructure in the MENA region.

Mete Guney, Executive Vice President for Market Development at Mastercard EEMEA, said the partnership reflects Mastercard’s focus on working with fintechs that address real merchant challenges. He noted that unified access to payment infrastructure helps reduce operational complexity while enhancing the online checkout experience.

MoneyHash co-founder and CEO Nader Abdelrazik described the collaboration as a milestone for the company, highlighting that direct access to Mastercard Gateway removes long-standing barriers that have limited merchants’ ability to scale digital operations efficiently.

Beyond simplified connectivity, the platform enables smart transaction routing, allowing merchants to direct payments through Mastercard Gateway or alternative providers based on performance and cost. The setup also offers consolidated reporting and analytics, giving businesses clearer insights into payment performance while maintaining Mastercard’s global security standards.

Why MoneyHash Partnership Matters to MENA

Payments remain one of the biggest friction points for scaling digital businesses in MENA. By combining payment orchestration with global card infrastructure, this partnership lowers technical barriers for startups and enterprises alike—accelerating cross-border commerce, improving conversion rates, and supporting the region’s fast-growing digital economy.
