Qatar Airways Introduces Smart Onboard Feature for Crew

Qatar Airways has launched an in-house app designed to help Cabin Crew provide personalized passenger experiences.
Initially, the app offers real-time flight information and details about customers and services. It allows Cabin Crew to access passenger profiles, including those of Privilege Club and Oneworld members, and view special service requests and preferences to enhance the travel experience. Additionally, the app provides Cabin Crew with access to the latest digital training materials.

In the coming months, Qatar Airways will achieve a key milestone in its digital transformation by equipping Cabin Crew with over 15,000 mobile devices. The airline will implement this project in phases, with plans to extend it to Hamad International Airport, as well as international airports and lounges. This expansion will ensure that passengers’ unique itineraries and requirements are seamlessly integrated at every touchpoint.
