WideBot AI Unveils Game-Changing Arabic Voice Agents for WhatsApp

WideBot AI launches Arabic-speaking voice agents for WhatsApp, transforming communication across MENA with smart, secure, and localised AI calls. The innovation supports a broad range of Arabic dialects, enabling natural, secure, and automated communication between government institutions, enterprises, and citizens.

WideBot AI announced the rollout as part of its ongoing mission to bridge the gap between human interaction and artificial intelligence in Arabic-speaking markets. With this launch, WideBot AI becomes the first company in the region to introduce voice-based AI interaction over WhatsApp, a platform used daily by millions across the MENA region.

“This brings us closer to making AI feel natural in conversations between organisations and people,” said Eng. Mohamed Nabil, WideBot’s co-founder and CEO. “These calls are not only smarter and faster—they’re more human.”

WideBot AI Arabic Designed for Local Realities

Unlike many imported systems trained primarily on English datasets, WideBotAI voice agents are built from the ground up for Arabic, with its proprietary AQL speech models capable of recognising over 25 dialects, including Egyptian, Emirati, and Saudi variations.

The system also uses WideBot’s AQL GenAI engine, a large language model trained on verified Arabic datasets and institutional databases, reducing inaccuracies and ensuring contextually relevant responses.

“Smart WhatsApp Calls” are the result of years of R&D around Arabic-specific linguistic patterns, explained Eng. Mohamed Mostafa, CTO at WideBot. “This isn’t a translation; it’s a creation for Arabic users.”

Clients can host WideBot’s system on-premise or via regional cloud servers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or Egypt. This ensures full compliance with local data protection standards, an important factor for ministries, banks, telecoms, and large enterprises concerned with regulatory alignment and citizen trust.

The voice AI agents can schedule appointments, process service requests, verify information, and answer queries, all within WhatsApp’s secure communication framework.

Why WideBot AI Matters to MENA

For a region where WhatsApp dominates digital communication, this launch could redefine how governments and corporations deliver public services. It reflects MENA’s accelerating push toward AI-powered efficiency, while maintaining cultural and linguistic authenticity.

By putting Arabic first, rather than adapting from English, WideBot AI may have just set a new benchmark for inclusive AI innovation in the Arab world.
