Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait-Egypt (ABK-Egypt) has entered a long-term strategic partnership with Visa to enhance its digital payment offerings. This collaboration aims to integrate Visa’s latest payment technologies to better serve customer needs.
According to a press release, the partnership will introduce innovative digital payment solutions with advanced features, aligning with Egypt’s goal of full digital transformation and the expansion of electronic payment systems.
Malak Al Baba, Visa’s Vice President and Country Manager for Egypt, highlighted the significance of this partnership in driving digital transformation across the country. She emphasized Visa’s commitment to supporting ABK-Egypt’s vision of delivering innovative banking solutions, improving customer experiences, and ensuring seamless, secure transactions.
Beyond enhancing payment services, the cooperation is expected to broaden ABK-Egypt’s customer base by attracting new demographics, particularly younger consumers, thereby fostering greater adoption of digital banking and contributing to Egypt’s economic growth.
