InvoiceQ Raises $1.2m in Pre-Series A to Expand Operations

InvoiceQ, a Jordanian company which specializes in electronic invoicing and integration solutions, has successfully raised $1.2 million in a pre-Series A funding round

The round saw participation from Oasis 500, Orange VC, Flat6Labs, Natej Soft, and a number of angel investors, reflecting strong confidence in the company’s business model and future growth potential.

How InvoiceQ is Enabling Digital Invoicing in MENA

InvoiceQ was founded in 2020 by Muhannad Tabl (CEO), Fadi Al-Jabali (Technical Director), Amer Ayyad (Chief Operating Officer), and Mohammed Basit (General Manager).

The company has emerged as a major leader in modern e-invoicing solutions in both Jordan and Saudi Arabia. InvoiceQ focuses on simplifying digital invoicing processes in line with local tax regulations and supporting business efficiency.

The company has issued over 50 million invoices to date, with a total value of $6 billion. The InvoiceQ platform provides customized solutions to automate invoice management, reduce manual errors, and provide accurate and immediate financial reconciliations and reports.

The new capital will be allocated to support InvoiceQ ’s geographic expansion, particularly in Oman, Egypt, the UAE and the wider Gulf markets, where demand for e-invoicing solutions is growing significantly. The company’s advanced solutions help businesses comply with country-specific tax regulations, enhancing operational efficiency through seamless integration with global payment systems.

InvoiceQ platform supports leading payment gateways such as SADAD (Saudi Arabia Digital Payments Platform), eFAWATEERcom (Electronic Invoicing Platform in Jordan), Visa and Mastercard.

These solutions provide businesses with flexible options to collect payments and achieve financial settlement efficiently and in real-time, enhancing cash flow management.
