Dubai-based Legaline has launched an AI-powered legal services platform designed for the UAE market, as demand for digital legal infrastructure continues to grow across the region.
The company said the platform was developed specifically for the UAE’s regulatory environment, covering federal laws, emirate-level regulations, free zone frameworks, and legal systems, including the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market.

According to Legaline, the platform currently includes more than 60,000 searchable legal references across 33 jurisdictions. The company said it plans to continue expanding its legal database throughout 2026, particularly across free zone regulations and case law.
The launch comes as the UAE legal market is projected to expand steadily over the coming years, supported by rising business activity, regulatory complexity, and increased adoption of technology-enabled professional services.
Legaline’s platform includes several AI-based tools aimed at both consumers and legal professionals.
One feature, “Baby Legal Bot,” is a multilingual information assistant available in English, Arabic, and Russian. The company said the tool is designed to help users identify relevant legal jurisdictions or specialists before engaging legal counsel.
The platform also includes a beta AI Research Assistant for licensed legal professionals, enabling jurisdiction-specific legal research across multiple practice areas while linking outputs to primary legal sources.
In addition, Legaline has introduced document drafting tools covering commercial contracts, employment agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. The company said the system references current UAE legislation during document generation.
Dmitry Grinik, founder and chief executive of Legaline, said the platform was built specifically around the UAE legal framework rather than adapted from systems developed for other jurisdictions.
The company also launched “Legal Voices,” an editorial section allowing lawyers and advisory firms to publish legal commentary and analysis.
Headquartered in Dubai, Legaline said it plans to expand into other Middle Eastern markets in later phases.
Why Legaline Innovation Matters to MENA
The launch of Legaline reflects growing momentum behind legal technology adoption across the MENA region.
As regulatory environments become more complex, particularly in markets such as the United Arab Emirates with layered federal, free zone, and financial centre frameworks, demand is increasing for digital tools that improve legal research, compliance, and document workflows.
The development also signals a broader shift toward AI-enabled professional services in the Gulf, where sectors traditionally driven by manual processes are beginning to adopt automation and data-driven systems at scale.
