End-to-end logistics SaaS platform Olivery has raised a joint seed investment from Ibtikar Fund and Flat6Labs Mashreq Seed Fund. The funding will support the startup’s expansion across the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the rollout of AI-powered features designed to streamline and modernize delivery operations for logistics providers, retailers, and merchants.
Founded in 2020 by Ram Merei, Malak Duraidi, and Obada Abdelkareem, Olivery offers a low-code/no-code platform that allows businesses to fully digitize every step of the delivery lifecycle. From order creation and driver tracking to cash-on-delivery reconciliation and customer updates, the platform integrates all key logistics functions into a single intuitive dashboard—requiring little to no technical expertise.
Olivery currently serves over 200 active clients in nine countries, helping them reduce costs, improve delivery speeds, and increase customer satisfaction.
Fueling Growth with AI and Regional Expansion
The new capital will fund the development of advanced AI features, including predictive routing, automated data entry, and proactive customer support tools. It will also enhance customer success operations and drive regional expansion across high-growth markets in the MENA region.
“This investment is more than a financial milestone—it’s a strategic partnership that empowers us to build the backbone of modern logistics infrastructure across MENA,” said Ram Merei, CEO of Olivery. “We’re delivering technology that helps everyone—from national couriers to small merchants—meet the speed and transparency modern commerce demands.”
Investors say Olivery’s platform is built with local market realities in mind, offering scalable, intuitive tools for logistics businesses of all sizes.
“We believe Olivery is well-positioned to become a key enabler of digital transformation in MENA’s logistics sector,” said Habib Hazzan, Managing Partner at Ibtikar Fund.
Flat6Labs, which first backed the company early on, has reaffirmed its confidence in the team by joining this follow-on round. “We continue to be highly impressed by both their vision and ability to execute,” said Rasha Manna, General Manager of Flat6Labs Mashreq Seed Fund
Digital Logistics at the Center of MENA’s E-Commerce Boom
With e-commerce and cross-border trade rapidly accelerating across the region, logistics infrastructure is under pressure to evolve. Olivery is positioning itself as a key tech enabler of last-mile, same-day, and reverse logistics, a segment poised for multi-billion-dollar growth.
Armed with fresh funding and strategic support, the startup is now building the digital foundation for logistics innovation across the Arab world.
