Founded in 2024 by Fahad Alarifee, the startup provides scalable software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, e-commerce platforms, and digital transformation services. The startup also develops interactive games and web-based tools, combining insights from the local Saudi market with international best practices.

With the new funding, it aims to expand its technology portfolio, enhance its SaaS and e-commerce solutions, and drive adoption of modern digital tools across Saudi Arabia and potentially other MENA markets. The company is positioning itself as a key enabler of digital innovation, helping businesses modernize operations while reaching customers more effectively online.

Rkiza is committed to bringing high-quality, scalable digital solutions to the market. This round allows us to accelerate product development and provide services that meet the needs of Saudi enterprises looking to embrace digital transformation,” said Fahad Alarifee, founder and CEO of Rkiza.

The startup’s focus on both enterprise digital solutions and interactive experiences reflects a growing trend among Saudi tech companies to combine business and consumer-facing innovations. By leveraging SaaS, e-commerce, and gamified digital platforms, Rkiza is aiming to capture a broader market share while supporting the Kingdom’s wider push toward digitization under Vision 2030.

Why Rkiza  Matters to MENA

Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem is rapidly expanding, with both startups and established companies investing heavily in SaaS, e-commerce, and interactive platforms. Rkiza’s pre-seed round highlights investor confidence in early-stage Saudi tech companies that are building locally relevant, scalable solutions.

For the broader MENA region, startups like Rkiza serve as testbeds for innovative digital tools, offering solutions that can be adapted across the region’s growing SME and enterprise markets while driving adoption of modern digital infrastructure.
