Snowflake, a US-based cloud computing company, is set to launch a regional headquarters in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
This move is part of Snowflake’s expansion in the Middle East and to provide its services via the Google Cloud platform within the Kingdom.
The opening of the new headquarters aims to enhance the ability to store data within the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and this comes in parallel with the implementation of various data analysis operations that are carried out regionally in Dubai.
This expansion will allow customers in Saudi Arabia to have more options to determine the geographic area that best suits their operational needs.
Snowflake also supports AI technologies, helping to use data better to make business decisions backed by secure technical information.
