Falak Investment Hub has invested in Blomal Capital, a Saudi fintech startup building a digital-first platform for investment fund distribution, as part of a Pre-Seed funding round. The investment amount was not disclosed.
Founded in 2022 by Abdulaziz Baraqabah, Munthir Alrehaili, Abdulrahman Akram, and Bilal Abduljawad (CFA, CAIA), Blomal Capital aims to simplify investor access to both private and public investment funds.
The platform focuses on streamlining fund distribution while ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accessibility for a wide range of users.
How Blomal is Strengthening Saudi Arabia’s Fintech Landscape
Falak Angels said its participation reflects a commitment to supporting early-stage fintech ventures in Saudi Arabia, particularly those advancing the Kingdom’s digital financial infrastructure.
By backing the startup, Falak is betting on a new wave of investment accessibility tools designed to serve both retail investors and institutional players.
The move comes as Saudi Arabia’s fintech sector continues to expand rapidly, driven by Vision 2030’s push for a diversified economy and a thriving digital ecosystem.
Investment fund distribution remains one of the less-disrupted areas of financial services in the Kingdom, creating opportunities for startups like Blomal to introduce innovation.
With Falak’s backing, Blomal is expected to accelerate product development and regulatory alignment as it prepares to scale its platform.
The startup’s vision is to become a key enabler for fund managers and investors across the region, bridging gaps in distribution and creating more inclusive access to investment opportunities.
