The Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation (QRDI) Council is set to partner with Bloomberg Media and Media City Qatar as the Innovation Sponsor for the Qatar Economic Forum (QEF) 2024, taking place from May 14 to 16. Highlighting the third day of the forum, the QRDI Council will present “Innovation Day,” which will feature a series of sessions and discussions focused on science, technology, and innovation.
Aligned with the Third Qatar National Development Strategy (NDS3), this year’s initiative emphasizes innovation as a cornerstone for equipping Qatar’s specialized economic clusters with competitive, technology-based advantages while addressing critical national challenges. The QRDI Council has invited a diverse array of stakeholders from the research, development, and innovation ecosystem to participate in these discussions.
Innovation Day will bring together speakers from various sectors within the RDI landscape, engaging in dialogues and breakout sessions aimed at leveraging innovation and technology development to foster stable economic growth and a sustainable future.
This fourth edition of the Qatar Economic Forum, powered by Bloomberg, will spotlight pressing global topics and highlight the region’s increasing significance as key states strategically deploy resources to bolster their global influence and diversify their economies.
