AI-Driven 2nd Accelerator to Redefine Dubai’s Public Service

Dubai has opened registration for the second edition of its global accelerator program, The Future of AI in Government Services, inviting innovators worldwide to develop AI-driven solutions that transform how the city delivers public services.

The initiative is led by the Dubai Center for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) in collaboration with Dubai Future Accelerators, part of the Dubai Future Foundation.

The program offers startups, entrepreneurs, and tech companies the chance to work directly with Dubai’s government entities to co-design AI-powered solutions addressing both current and future challenges in governance.

By combining advanced technology with real-world applications, the accelerator aims to deliver measurable improvements in service quality, operational efficiency, and accessibility.

Four Pillars of AI-Driven Innovation

The eight-week program focuses on four core objectives:

  • Refining existing services by enhancing customization and delivering unique citizen experiences.
  • Creating new services using AI to solve persistent challenges in government operations.
  • Boosting operational efficiency by integrating AI tools into daily workflows for faster, more effective service delivery.
  • Inclusive accessibility through AI solutions that remove barriers and ensure equal access for all residents.

Participants will retain 100% of the intellectual property rights for their innovations, receive fully covered travel and accommodation in Dubai, and gain exclusive access to government partners.

The program also offers a platform to connect with decision-makers and scale solutions regionally and globally.

By drawing top talent from around the world, Dubai aims to position itself as a testbed for AI-driven governance, turning bold ideas into practical, scalable tools that improve everyday life for its citizens.
