Sheraa Launches New Edition of Startup Studio for Founders

The Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) is calling on UAE-based early-stage startups to apply for the latest cohort of its Sharjah Startup Studio (S3) program, set to kick off on 7 September 2025.

Designed to support entrepreneurs through the crucial stages of growth, the four-month program will select 20 startups to receive targeted support, mentorship, and access to funding.

Now in its latest edition, S3 continues Sheraa’s mission to build a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Sharjah and the UAE.

Selected startups will benefit from over AED 3 million in software tools and resources, along with tailored mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to the expansive network of investors and partners.

Sheraa: A Launchpad for Growth and Investment Readiness

Through S3, Sheraa will focus on strengthening investor readiness, offering training on pitch development, capital raising, and founder storytelling.

Founders will work closely with industry leaders, experienced entrepreneurs, and advisors to refine their business models and align their products with market needs.

In addition to building core entrepreneurial skills, the program aims to accelerate access to capital, a known pain point for early-stage ventures. By connecting founders with active investors and venture capitalists, Sheraa hopes to ease one of the biggest barriers to scaling.

Backing Founders to Build for the Future

“S3 is a continuation of our commitment to backing entrepreneurs,” said HE Sara Abdelaziz Al Nuaimi, CEO of Sheraa.

“We are equipping founders with the tools, resources, and confidence they need to scale their businesses. Through this program, we aim to support startups in evolving their business models and expanding their operations to become key contributors to local, regional, and global economies.”

As applications open in September, Sheraa is positioning the Sharjah Startup Studio not just as a startup accelerator, but as a long-term growth partner for UAE innovators aiming to build for impact and scale across borders.
